I’m Beniamin Raszek. Writer, builder, and the person behind AchievR.

I spent years trying to build like a full-time founder while living like an employee. 17 half-finished projects. A new “this is the one” every few weeks. The hours weren’t the problem. The model was.

AchievR is the newsletter I needed back then: how to build the project that matters to you after work, without quitting your job, burning out, or starting over every three weeks.

Most self-help is vague. I hate vague.

“Eliminate distractions.” “Just show up.” “Be consistent.” Useless.

Instead of telling you to eliminate distractions, I walk you through building a distraction firewall, step by step, with examples and scripts. Every post is written to solve a problem you’re facing.

I write from the trenches, not the clouds. Same day job pressure, same after-work fatigue, same project I refuse to quit.

Why I built this (and why I almost didn't)

I am you.

I have 17 half-finished projects on my hard drive. A book outline from 2022. A course manuscript at chapter 4. A YouTube channel with 200 subs.

Each one died the moment it stopped being fun and started being work.

AchievR is the project that didn’t die. Not because I’m more disciplined than you, I’m not. Because I finally built systems that don’t require willpower to run, and their sole core is an identity shift.
