Two ways it's helping me right now. (I often get off track, but since last month these two are working.)
1. Visualizing and writing down small tasks along with the time that I'll be doing the next day. Result, my subconscious absorbs it. I wake up with energy and clarity. My chances of conquering the day rises.
2. Whenever, I got messed up with my thoughts., the first thing I do is close my laptop and mobile. Then, I take a blank sheet. And non-stop write there. Sometimes, I write paragraphs. Sometimes, short sentences. And sometimes mind maps. The best part is I feel good after this session. Unburdened. Again, I regain clarity.

Solid advice, Beniamin. Discipline really is what gets things done when motivation isn’t there. Thanks for the practical tips!
Glad you like it!
"Put your thoughts on paper."
